Design

A good design brief itself is a good design half done. We assist our clients by providing them with a detailed questionnaire to ensure their involvement in the design process. Once contracted, our design team start with observation and development of merchandise as a sketch in terms of functionality,aesthetics, fabrics, colours and proportions from the inputs collected from the client. The ideas would be illustrated and presented for proceedings. Based on the feedback, the process would be proceed to the stage where detailed drawings of the design along with other specifications like fabric, accessories and construction details would be established.


Sampling
The approved design would be made into a sample garment to the specification. Based on the design, the sample would be done in the actual fabric if available if not from the nearest available fabric. Sampling aids our clients to better review the approved designs and make final changes. We also develop samples of special or new fabrics as per the demands of the working condition, which would normally require a considerable time.

Fabric

We source the uniform woven fabrics in cotton and polyester or variety of blends like poly viscose and poly cotton from the leading and established mills in order to maintain standard quality and supply for years to come. Woven fabrics could be from the standard offering of the mill or can be exclusively made to order for the desired colour and design depending on the choice of the client. Knitted fabrics are always made to order, wherein, depending on the design and construction, the fabric would be constructed and dyed to the specified colour and required finish would be applied. We follow PANTONE© textile paper standard shades for better communication between the ends of value chain, from client to supplier.

Fitting

We make sure we fit the people right and optimal whatever their measurements are. Our clothing sizes are based on established standards which ensures right sizes are supplied every time., As the designs and samples are finalized, we grade the finalized styling in various standard sizes. We provide the organization with the constructed garments of various sizes for trials. Our experience indicates that taking a trial on the sample garments as the best way at arriving the order quantity  for the styling  recommended. For speedy trials, we maintain a minimum stock available for clients at anytime

Production & Delivery

Modern manufacturing facility, a comprehensive quality control program and ability to handle orders of any variety and quantity is how we define our production unit which has an installed capacity to process over 2500 garments a day.

Consistency in garment finishing is ensured by computerized pattern making and machine lay cutting. Various inspection points are established in the cutting and sewing line not only to improve the efficiency but also to track and eliminate errors at any point, thus ensuring a superior finished garment. Quality Control
The association we have built with our suppliers is a long, careful and an ongoing process through which we are able to control errors and deviations right from the beginning of the process.  We also work closely with accredited test laboratories to ensure our garment meets consumer’s expectation functionally. We also support a full fledged quality control team comprising of people from fashion and technology domains, who form a most important part of the value chain in delivering garments that are second to none in quality. Our location also provides a strategic advantage in which we are able to influence the process right from the yarn stage where we can evaluate the yarn from various mills before initiation, the same applies true at the various levels of production also. At the end of the day, we have to justify the WORKAHOLIC label we attach to thousands of garments we manufacture.
From the preparation of the order sheet to the delivery of the garments, we take on an average of 60 days to procure fabric, develop sizes, cut and stitch, add embellishments, pack and deliver the garment. All the garments would be individually packed and boxed according to the sizes and delivered to the school premises itself.
